Elektronischer Frostschutzthermostat bzw. Frostwächter THERMASREG FS-20 mit schaltendem Relaisausgang, kontinuierlichem Temperatur- und Ventilausgang (Summenausgang 0–10 V) und Steuer- und Kaskadierausgang (0–10 V), optional mit Anschluss für ein Heizelement, in ein schlagfestes Kunststoffgehäuse mit Schnellverschlussschrauben, standardmäßig mit Display und einem vollaktiven Sensorstab aus Kupfer. Der Frostwächter dient zur Überwachung von Klimaanlagen, Wärmetauschern, Heizregistern und ähnlichen Anlagen und schützt vor Frostschäden und Einfrieren. Grenzwertunterschreitungen werden an der kältesten Messstelle der Kapillare erkannt. Der Sensorstab ist auf seiner gesamten Länge aktiv. Durch eine interne Diagnose erkennt das Gerät einen Kapillarbruch, einen Stromausfall oder eine elektrische Beschädigung des Sensors als Fehler und schaltet das Relais automatisch auf Frost.
